Introduction:
This year’s edition of The Show features arguably the easiest trophy list in the game’s history. Although it’s an easy list, it’s a fun list of trophies, particularly if you are a trophy hunter. You get to flex a few exploits and manipulation to get trophies easier and quicker. In my view, this makes it fun for the trophy enthusiast. As an added bonus, there are no online trophies so if you are reading this several years after it has been published, you don’t have to worry about dead or discontinued servers.
Walkthrough:
Step 0: Adjust the Difficulty, Game Sliders and Rosters
In MLB: The Show 24, both difficulty and sliders can be adjusted to your heart’s desire. Head into the settings and switch playstyle to Casual and batting and pitching difficulty to beginner. Make sure dynamic difficulty is off too. Then go to the sliders and increase every single human slider and decrease all CPU sliders.
Then you’ll want to edit the roster of your favorite team. You can edit the attributes of players to make them faster and hit better. Pick a team of your choosing and max the stats out for the starting 9 batters. It sounds tedious, but each player takes less than a minute to edit.
Step 1: Play a 9-Inning Game at the Polo Grounds
There are a lot of trophies you can knock out in a single 9-inning game. If you don’t get them all done in this 9-inning game, you should be able to clean them up in later 3-inning games. During this game you’ll go for trophies for pitching and hitting.

Step 2: Play a 3-Inning Game (Empty the Tank and Supposed to be My Day Off)
If you manage your pitches right, you can knock out two more trophies in the same 3-inning game.
-Decrease human starting and relief pitching stamina to zero
-Replace your starter pre-game with a relief pitcher like a setup man (low stamina)
-Tire out your pitcher by throwing a mix of balls and strikes and increasing your pitch count
-In the third inning get a strikeout when your pitcher has zero energy for the 1st or 2nd out
-With one out left and a save opportunity available, bring in your closing pitcher and win
Step 3: Play a 1-Inning Game at Coors Field (Gotta Be Quicker Than That, and Walk Off, Do Your Dance)
First you’ll want to knock out throwing out a runner going for extra bases. Once you do that, exit the game and start a new 1-inning game as the home team and get a walk off home run in the bottom of the 1st inning.
Step 4: Finish 24 Games and Make a Diving Catch (Living on the Field and Swan Dive Defense)
If everything fell into place you should only have to finish your 24 games and get a diving catch. Play 3-inning games and Player Lock on one outfielder to increase diving catch opportunities.
